Our Care

As a care team we work hard to ensure that all residents are treated with dignity and enjoy their privacy and independence.

We always have appropriate numbers of trained carers to address our residents’ needs and staffing is constantly reviewed to respond to the changes. We believe that specialist training is key to the delivery of a high standard of care, and our staff receive regular training from external trainers.
